Islam also says that those who commit suicide go to hell though. So they're guaranteed hell under Islam.

Muslims really do not need you going around interpreting their religion for them.
 
The people chosen for suicide machines are usually expendable, they are the garbage of the terrorist organization that it wanted to dispose of. You don't see Osama bin Laden or others leaders going on suicide missions. They're not usually the smartest or most upstanding of individuals.
