Do you look forward to the President's NEXT TWEET ... or DREAD it?

Harris - make America a 3rd world shithole
I luv the fact that our Prez tweets to the American people so often. He tweets and he gets our feedback. It's good communication skills.

When Niki Haley is elected the first woman, and first Asian U.S. president in 2024 ... we will miss his tweeting.

I'm fine with it.
If he does, we love him, left hates him.
If he doesn't, we love him, left hates him.
Consistency on both sides. LOL

Trump tweets crazy like a fox.
Don't forget he can use it to outfox as well as inform.
he can use it to start a conversation and then listen , he can use it to provoke response,
he can use it to refute BS.

With the main stream media in the bag to tear him down he really has no choice but to grab the gun he has and fight back.

The LWNJs hate his tweets. But if he ever stops tweeting, they'll be the first to whine and complain about it, lol.

one of my favorite things about trump is his stance about the media. The other republicans pay lip service to the media being fair at least that charade is over.

he steps on his message . His Tweets are counter-productive.
I get why he does it w/Fake News -but they are mostly bad for his agenda

I certainly don't dread it.

His tweets generally have entertainment value; I usually laugh when I read them, just because of the absurdity that someone like that could be POTUS.

I emphatically disagree.

Even Trump’s Aides Blame Him for Obstruction Probe: ‘President Did This to Himself’
http://www.thedailybeast.com/even-t...struction-probe-president-did-this-to-himself
Asked what the internal game plan should be, one senior Trump administration official replied, “Keep him away from Twitter, dear God, keep him away from Twitter.”

“The president did this to himself,” the official added.

That sentiment reflects a general internal frustration with Trump’s tendency to shoot from the hip in tweets and public statements that are rarely vetted by his legal team and often undercut White House messaging on major issues.

What people who love the tweets don't realize is this: everyone who loves the tweets loves Trump, and voted for him, and will vote for him again regardless.

Independents, voters who were on the fence, voters who were just voting against Hillary, et al. - pretty sure they don't help w/ that group.

I disagree with the "expert's" opinions, my friend.

Mostly dread to be honest. I was hoping he'd drop the campaign stuff and do more presidential governing stuff.

Obama fell into the perpetual campaign trap too. It's not always a good strategy. Sometime it can be effective at lets say, trying to get congress to do ANYTHING.

But as we've seen nothing works. Congress has too many dinosaurs living in the 1940s to understand the new climate.

I'm a huge fan of his agenda, but just look at Charlottesville. How mnay times did he reopen that can of worms?
It stepped on his Afghan speech
( which I thought was a very good idea to keep counter-terrorism,but move away from nationbuilding.)

There is a reason politicians practice "message discipline"- you put out your message, and then don't step on it.
With an insanely hostile press that is going to twist anything you say against you; it's even more important
to stay on message

I had no problem with his Charlottesville tweets. I thought it was an impressive series.

The Afghan speech was great. The Socialist State media would have buried it anyway. The Afghan thread on here died, quickly, ... and not because of tweets.

Congress should leave the 40's behind and learn to tweet. They don't because they fear the Socialist State Media.

I had no problem with his Charlottesville tweets either.
He rightly condemned both sides -but look how it got twisted that some how he didn't condemn the Nazi's
"more" ( my characterization)

Fake News pulled out a 4 second phrase and ran it over and over, until it became somehow an 'established fact' Trump was equivocating ( or some such garbage)

Then the Gutless Wonders McCain and Paul Ryan and a few more Establishment Creeps jumped in
saying Trump is a racist and junk.

I mean Trump needs to recognize the Long Knives are out there -led by McCain -and not give them any quarter.
They hate him as much as the Dems do.

The SSM is going to twist everything. Eventually, it backfires on them when their lies get expoosed.

I believe Trump is well aware of the Long Knives ... and refuses to be intimidated by the Aristocracy of the Royal Court. His willingness not to cower in fear, and instead take on the ruling elite, is a huge part of the reason he was elected. JMHO

agree. and I love him for that -the establishment political situation serves no-one when gridlock is the stated goal.

Draining the Swamp is a major good thing -you can see the entrenched interests fighting back for their lives.
But you still gotta play the game..Americans are weird about a president -we give them too much credit and blame both
