The 1st amendment does not apply to the State of Florida. No court, including the Supreme Court has the authority to change any constitution.

Censorship is a rather vague word. A public library can choose not to purchase certain books for its readers. Those books are not being censored because they are still available for anyone to read or purchase from other sources.

A social media platform can prevent misinformation on a certain topic or from a specific individual. The 1st Amendment does not apply to private entities, only government. That information is not being censored because those ideas or comments are still available on hundreds of other sources.

If Musk will not allow Alex Jones on Twitter his messages are still available and thus not "censored."
