DNA test said man was 4% BLACK. Now he wants to qualify as a minority business owner

More than 30 years ago, she was listed as a minority in the Association of American Law Schools directory as a minority law teacher based on her heritage. Are you claiming that the those doing the list made up her heritage for her?
