This means, in the year of our lord 2018 a presidential election ballot cast in Wyoming carries over 3 times the weight of a presidential election ballot cast by an ostensibly equal citizen in Florida.
One might quibble over a sub-unity fraction like 3/5 of a person.
But giving Wyoming voters a more than three to one advantage obstructs the fundamental principle we pay lip-service to, equality under law.
