If *whomever* petitioned the FISA court was turned down because the evidence didn't meet probable cause, they would be kind of stupid to withhold *further evidence* that would help them convince the FISA court to issue the warrant.

It doesn't add up. Either the warrants were issued and Trump was tapped; or they weren't issued because the evidence was tissue thin.

And if Trump was tapped under a FISA warrant, where is the evidence they uncovered? This happened in October, so you have to think it amounted to nothing or it would be out by now.

None of this looks good for the democrats. And Obama and his people have reason to be nervous because this is serious shit.

I've seen some mighty spin in my time, but that's pretty close to the top. No one could possibly read or see the news this morning and think uh oh, the Dems are in trouble here.

There's plenty of evidence that trump, and some of his campaign staff are Russian operatives. There are no FISA warrants w/respect to bugging trump tower.
 
So without an FISA warrant there cant be evidence of the Russia Connection?

Who suggested they withheld evidence? Yes, if they failed to get a warrant then it was because the evidence was too "thin" or it could be they just failed to narrow it to a specific foreign target. But that does not mean there was no evidence.

Some say it was a glitch in a mass email system trump used to hawk his hotels. For whatever reason, Alpha bank was repeatedly trying to communicate with trump's email system.
