You're going to be hearing the "obama didn't do it" denial all week, maybe longer, and technically they'll be right because obama can't "order" anything like that. He can sure as hell "suggest" it though(or someone in his inner circle). It's just plausible deniability. I just have a hard time believing that anyone in the IC woke up one morning and decided it was their patriotic duty to wire tap Trump Tower. I predict for the time being, the most oft heard phrase coming from both the Trump camp and the psychotic left is going to be, "you have no evidence of that!"
whether or not there is proof "obama ordered" it and the fact that the servers in trump tower were in fact tapped and the FISA request was signed off by the attorney general are completely different things. You should note that no where is it being said that trump tower wasn't monitored or that the FISA requests were fake or that intelligence agencies weren't spying on trump.

if it was tapped then according to FISA protocol obama would have to have signed off on it. I think the language in the bill was "the president, thru the ag, may order electronic etc etc"

Where is the proof they were tapped? Trump Tower has 58 floors of commercial and office space. Any of those tenants or the residents could have been tapped without it having anything to do with Trump.
The FISA warrant would not have covered Trump. It could only cover the Russian banks with which his campaign was dealing.
But let's suppose they tapped Trump to monitor his dealings with this bank. I don't see that that is necessarily wrong. They went through the FISA court (which should be more open). There is evidence that Trump was compromised and apparently a judge found it compelling enough to issue the wiretap. So?
This is going to backfire on Trump. It's going to shine the light on the evidence that supported the tap.
If there was no wiretapping, then how could there be charges Trump was working with the Russians to undermine the election of the late great Hitlery?

I wonder if the head of the FBI has anyone under him who is enough of an investigator to find out who DID ask for a FISA warrant....because someone in the executive branch obviously did....
This part doesnt seem to be in dispute.
1) There was an initial FBI request that was rejected.
2) The FBI resubmitted the request after narrowing it down and it got approved.
What makes that obvious? Because the liar in chief said so?
