Obama was OK..but I'd not call him a success past the Stimulus.
Even Obamacare was fatally flawed - although there is plenty of blame to go around for that

His foreign policy was feckless and damaging to US interests. His domestic policy got all weird PC-
and entrapped many good ideas because of strange Dem's inability to advocate for the working class.

See how it goes for Trump - I'm sure Clinton would have taken us down the road to further stagnation/war.

they can't even accept saving Carrier jobs because of a slavish devotion

I just had the misfortune of trying to put some minutes on my Tackphone ( not a smartphone) -i got some woman in the Philippines who could not only not speak English -but not speak English either..25 minutes into the call she HungUp on me.
Customer service has gone overseas, and with it the ability to do business with competent agents.

They only reason I have my job is because it can't be outsourced -although manufactures use voice recognition technology ( machines)
to take orders if they can.
I get the calls that the caller cant deal with (press 0 to be connected to an operator) -or the machine can't process because the caller can't be understood. Gawd forbid they gotta pay me 2-3% of the order total!! even though I upsell for them. *more corporate greed*

Think of all the Amercan single mothers who would gladly work for 8/hr from home!! -while taking care of their kids.
But no. US corps will outsource to save a couple $$ per hour in wages..while screwing over our country.

The enemy are the rapacious globalists.

But as POTUS he's made it clear he's willing to buck China/globalists/Mexico to save/grow US jobs.

If he wasn't black, his approval rating would be in the gutter where Carter's was. Why Carter? Because they both failed for the same reason: blind liberalism.

So this thing about 1 China isn't some neo-con infatuation with Taiwan; it's a negotiating stance.
It's not a bad place to start -it's the same as "America First"- you gotta at least understand that has been lacking in US foreign relations..

But it's all going to come down to success or failure of implementation..i.e. "see how it goes"

Now you're confusing yourself further thinking his popularity among socialists countries equates to success as a US president.

What you are trying to avoid is why he is is popular here in the US, in spite of his failures as measured in real terms by the slow economic growth rate, the decrease in labor participation, the increase of those on government assistance, the rise of radical Islam, the doubling of the national debt, the reduction on creditworthiness of the US and the Dollar....

He's only popular here in the US because we Americans, as much as we hate his policies, want to the first black president to be a success. Even if we have to pretend.
