Cut to the chase. It appears Republicans don't believe in progressive taxation, marginal utility, or proportionality.
They want a flat tax, no tax, or a national sales tax. Basically they hate the US government so want to starve it
while at the same time using our nat. airports, national highway system, US military, social security, federal courts,
civil service, homeland security, etc. All the while they are happy to subsidize businesses and churches with govt money while
giving them as much immunity for tort liability as can possibly be had.
