Did Joe Biden call America “A racist country”?

Why not offer some context? For proclaiming yourself the most educated poster on the board I don't think it an unreasonable expectation you might offer a little more than this.
 
Haley accused Biden of saying it in a speech today, I guess she was lying as nobody can show any quote of Biden saying that.

Sad, she is using racism to try to get elected.

She's trying to contrast herself to Biden, when that is a General Election debate.

But what she is not willing to do is contrast herself to Donald Trump. That is the primary debate.

So she is not even taking things seriously in the right order of priority.

Why? Well, she is trying to have things both ways to seek power- She wants to be considered for president, and also VP if that fails to be successful for her.

It's a sign of desperation to seek power- and she is willing to take whatever she can get!

And that is the impression people are going to have of her until she burns her bridges to Donald Trump and all of the TRUMPTARDED CONSPIRACY THEORIES of his Cult Following!

And currently, she shows no courage at all to do that!

A lot of her policy is a significant improvement from old Republicans. But her moral character is lacking, like most Trumppers.

She's not going to face off with Trump, because that tends to end with a stupid nickname, and we've all seen Trump tends to drag you down to his level and beat you with experience. DeSantis seems to be doing it right, simply ignore him and face off with policy rather than with Trump. It also has the benefit of driving Trump crazy because you are not giving him attention.

She supported Trump even after he tried to overthrow our government.
She tries to have things both ways, by refusing to directly call Trump a bully, while passive aggressively suggesting he’s a bully.

Good Points. It does put her in a precarious situation.

But that is a strategy that won't get her through the primaries. That's like trying to walk a tightrope and juggle at the same time- A CIRCUS ACT!

Any candidate, and there will be several more, will have to face the Donald Trump and his cult base challenge HEAD ON, between now and Primary day.

She is not in a governors race in a safe Republican state anymore, she is running for President, and she will need the confidence of the Independents, WOMEN, and the Republicans who do want to move on from Donald Trump or else, if she is going to have any chance to win. Because if you combine all of those potential voters- they are the largest voting bloc in the history of the United States now- because it crosses all of the party lines and includes them all.
