Liberals are now conceding that Jack Smith and Fani Willis probably "coordinated" (COLLUDED) with each other on the Fulton County indictments against President Donald Trump. Collusion that is really ELECTION INTERFERENCE. The problem for Willis is she has already' painted herself into a corner. On July 31 WABE, an NPR and PBS affiliate in Atlanta, quoted Willis as strongly denying any contact at all with Jack Smith. If it turns out that Willis has had such contact, it could undermine both her already limited credibility as well as her case against Trump. That probably explains why at her August 15 press conference, Willis clammed up when asked about her contact with Smith.

How very stupid. Law office often cooperate in investigations. It isn’t collusion. The Trump pundits are getting desperate. They obviously don’t know the definition of collusion.
 
State and Federal Prosecutors absolutely should collude, coordinate and conspire during the planning stages of over lapping cases. It is perfectly legal, and expected and somewhat negligent to not do so.

they need to make sure witness testimony to each coincide and if there are gaps or discrepancies tease that out before either go to trial.

That is what is called smart and strategic so i would understand if right derps think it is wrong and rail against it. that is why they always come out with nothingburgers and we come out with boatloads of convictions.

When they look at our success at indicting and convicting the Trump cabals on the right in mass numbers, and their utter failures to get anything but nothingburgers, there take away is that we should be more like them. FLOL.

The problem with this picture of FW charging Trump and company with RICO violations is what background or history does she have in this litigation? She has been a low-level prosecutor for almost 20 years and only became Fulton County DA in 2021. Now she has all the experience necessary to put together a RICO case against the former POTUS?!?! Someone else is holding the brush.

Putin has a complete hold on his system. he outflanked and outsmarted everyone else and took full control and put in all his own people to key positions.

Make no mistake as republi'cans' are saying Dems are much smarter and more strategic within our democracy than Putin is in his goverment.

You are saying that even if Trump is elected POTUS, even if Trump hand picks his lifelong Republi'can' AG, DoJ, FBi and SC,, even if Trump and his Admin sets his sights on 'The Crime of the Century' and 'Biden Crime family' they get NOTHING. Dems win again.


And worse than that, Dems have such total control we can get Trumps own Republi'can' AG, DoJ and SP to indict and convict his own Admin, while he is in power.


I mean, imagine that. You guys say Trump is totally innocent of all those things, and Biden and Dems are clearly guilty but you are so useless, so incompetent and so outmatched you get nothing but nothingburgers.
Meanwhile we get boatloads of you derps put in jail.

It does not have had to have happened yet to any meaningful degree.

This next stage is where typically all sorts of these indicted criminals start to look for deals and turn and the Prosecutors begin to lock in on who will be testifying and who will not, and this when they need coordination across both, if they are smart.


Even an innocent mistake where a well meaning witness recalls certain important aspects to one prosecutor that he forgot to tell the other, could be used in the latter trial as a way to try and discredit that witness. They avoid that by comparing notes and getting corrections on the record before trial.

She has prosecuted street gang members under the Rico statue, you are going to have to dig deeper if you are going to make it all about the prosecutor and not the one being prosecuted

Geesuz get off OAN and Fox news.

She has arguably as much or more Rico experience than any other current D.A. And she has brought on to her team some of the top Rico prosecutors in the country.
