I'm calling sh'nanigans on this. You KNOW i'm totally up on all the gun news, right? I've seen one statement from the brady campaign that claims zimmerman got his gun back but later backtracked that statement confirming that Sanford PD still has the gun, but then qualified his statement saying that zimmerman still has his CWL and can still buy another gun.

there is video of the head injury, or are you claiming that this video is doctored?

this portion will be good evidence to construct the scenario for the jury, but will not be enough to warrant the charge, which is what the prosecutor will need.


again, he said/she said testimony. and how many cases have you seen, heard, or read about where eyewitness testimony was later proved to be wrong, inaccurate, or outright lies? No judge wants to see any of his cases overturned on appeal because of recanting witnesses. it's just too unreliable, which makes me thrilled that you're not a judge.

really, is your idea of justice charging everyyone and then making them prove they are innocent?

The Zimmerman's are self centered nuts. Daddy is a retired judge and can literally buy his way with money and assumed lawfulness. It's a mad mad world out there, my friends.

I thought you were just trying to build ONE strawman; because now you've decided to go off tangent and apparently have given up trying to prove the "itchy trigger finger" that you mentioned. :)
