Until indictments come down, everything is an opinion. Every "fact' you pretend to spew is only your jaded opinion.So when the next indictment(s) come down for Donald, it will no longer be just opinion.

Trump is walking around freely because of the US Constitution which says one cannot be deprived of liberty without due process. When due process is through with trump he no longer will be. Any other stupid fucking questions?

It has been explained to you many times. You apparently lack the ability to understand how Pence and Biden completely cooperating with the FBI and archives is nothing like what Trump has been doing for 2 years. He lied to the FBI. They did not. They immediately turned the documents over. Trump did not. He lied about them and hid them. Trump has not even explained what nefarious purposes he had for stealing a truckload of classified documents. Trump knew the regulations and laws. He did not care about them. The others cooperated all the way. What they did is like a clerical error. Trump stole them for bad reasons.

You are so far off. The cases are not at all the same. Trump deliberately stole a truckload of documents and has kept them for 2 years by lying and hiding them, for some unknown purpose. Boden and Pence cooperated with the FBI and turned the misplaced documents over as soon as they found they had them. If you think they are the same and Trump was right, you are either very stupid or delusional.

Since Biden took documents as a Senator - when he had no legal access - unlike the Commander In Chief - wouldn't we expect prosecution?

Joe stole classified documents as a Senator and later as Vice President. He was not commander in chief - he had no right to even access the documents. Clear felonies - likely espionage. Biden stole the documents to sell them to China and Ukraine.

Trump took documents which he as commander in chief was not only entitled to - but also had the LEGAL right to declassify at will.

So Biden committed criminal acts, Trump did not.

BUT Biden is a democrat and we ALL know that laws don't apply to democrats - Seig Heil.

There is no law in America in 2023 - only the democrat Reich.
