You have been just elected supreme dictator for a day. You have absolute power and will never be stopped, held accountable, or obstructed by other political influence.

What do you do with guns and gun law?
 
I make all guns and armaments legal for purchase by anyone over the age of 18. (maybe 16 is fine too). Younger can use them.
 
Government programs to subsidize gun purchases so more people can afford them and ration uranium tipped bullets to the masses.

Nuclear weapons will be available as well because the constitution meant to allow all people access to every weapon imaginable.
 
i would be perfectly fine with uranium tipped bullets and subsized gun purchases. But ib1 stop being a coward and just say what you believe.

I'd modify the second amendment to say what we all know it should say -- something to the effect of eliminating the language that makes people think the government is violating the constitution when they enact sensible gun laws. For instance, the current language lets idiots like Good Luck make a case for making nuclear weapons available to the masses. That's fucking retarded. The language should be revisited to reflect the modern world. Not ALL arms should be available to anyone. Rocket launchers, for instance, and nuclear weapons, etc.

Irrelevant, since you are just dictator for one day. They will just change the law the next day.
 
I'd give 100% tax credits for anyone purchasing a new american made firearm and 60% tax credit for anyone purchasing a new imported firearm.

More people would own guns and more american businesses would have customers.

Shit, lets go the extreme since this is a rather ridiculous "what if".

Take a nation wide poll on the 2nd Amendment, no explanation, just what do you believe it means?

Arrest and execute any who do not believe it means full access to firearms by all law abiding citizens.

That'll prevent any worries about a turn around the next day.

Well the first thing I'd do is give Good Luck and Smarter than You a fully automated assault rifle with open carry privilege and an unlimited supply of ammo. Then I'd give Asshat a bowl of pudding and a plastic spoon.
 
You mean it is illegal to drink alcoholic beverages?
And tax rate changes are not possible?
