Sure they do. Just as much as the American people's opinions against going to war mattered to bush. You do remember his administration saying he doesn't govern by polls, doncha? So kindly allow the same courtesy to Obama. :D

well the war was voted on a bi-partisan Congress dear, this administration has ruled by a dictator Congress..big difference..

and why aren't all you lefties screaming about the Democrats ruling by RUBBER STAMPING now that you all have a majority Congress rule..

I do not belive spelling ability corralate to earnings. Otherwise Id be very poor.
