I misspoke. The Grand Jury sealed the testimony. Trump tried everything possible to get that testimony released to the public because it contained all the testimony relevant to Epstein, but the DNC rushed to get Judge Richard Berman (appointed by Bill Clinton) and Judge Kenneth A. Marra (appointed by Barack Obama) to block any and all release attempts as though they were existential threats to the DNC.
It took an act of Congress to override those judges' stonewalling. Now Trump has released everything that can be released.
