I see all these meme's going around about Republican Senators taking her money and that's why they voted for her but nothing about Democratic Senators taking millions from the teachers union and voting against DeVos. So doing the bidding of the teachers unions is somehow a good thing??

lol.....and have any of the local idiots considered the fact she made those contributions as part of the normal election cycle (as she has every election year since forever)having no idea that Trump would be elected and nominate her?........

I've gotten to the point I'm not even paying attention anymore to confirmation hearings - it's straight out Kabuki obstructionism

a) Numerous corroborating news reports indicate teachers are in near unanimous opposition to this appointment.

b) To accept the conspiratorial thesis of the lead we would have to believe that all the teachers that oppose this appointee pretend to a professional devotion to our children, but secretly conspire en masse against the Trump appointee that will benefit those same children.

That's what passes for PLAUSIBLE among Trump excuse-makers?

Nothing conspiratorial about it. If the argument is follow the money then follow the money on both sides.

And if you think the battle with the teachers union is something new then you have not been paying attention.

We are in absolute accord. The unanimity in teacher sentiment across the nation isn't a malicious partisan bias. It's a sincere opposition to the risks threatened by the Trump administration appointee.
