DeSantis vows to shjip illegals to Delaware

Sighs. Title 42 is for people who want to immigrate here from countries with communicable diseases. The pandemic is over now so it is not needed anymore.
the pandemic isnt over - we still gotta wear masks on planes.
But im not even talking Title 42

It was this permanent rule that prompted the lawsuit by Arizona, Montana and Ohio, which was filed in Dayton federal court and assigned to U.S. District Judge Michael Newman, an appointee of Biden’s predecessor Donald Trump.

The rule instructs immigration officials to conduct extensive analysis of an illegal immigrant’s criminal history, mental and physical health, length of time in the country and various other factors before making a removal determination.

The states claimed this type of discretionary “balancing test” exceeded the scope of authority granted to DHS and ICE, and causes extensive harm by allowing more dangerous illegal immigrants within their borders.

DHS argued the states’ financial harm is speculative at best and that its guidance ensures the most dangerous criminals will be removed from the country.

Newman sided with the states Tuesday, citing evidence of increased costs for Arizona that stemmed directly from a decrease in removal rates that required the state to either maintain custody of the immigrants or monitor them upon their release from prison.

Okay? What does that have to do with Title 42? You realize that it bars people from China and Indian, for examples, from immigrating without testing?

Planes are a red herring.

you got title 42 stuck in your head, it's becoming moot
Biden is letting anyone in now unless they are criminals ( once 42 expires)

Sighs. That's a lie and you know it. Nothing will change once Title 42 ends. They are just dangling carrots in front of you and you're trying to catch it. It's pathetic to watch.

As reported by Fox News, DeSantis made the announcement shortly after signing the No Patients Left Behind Act into law. After signing the bill into law, he voiced his opposition to the Biden Administration’s plans to end Title 42, the highly successful Trump-era policy that largely shut down immigration into the country due to the health risk of so many illegals flooding into the country in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Just another publicity stunt by DeSantis and Abbott, gets them their fifteen minutes on Fox, same thing as Trump promising a "big, tremendous, steel reinforced Wall thirty feet high," that Mexico was going to pay for, lemmings swallowed that one also

Now God Bless Florida.

"On Wednesday, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R-Fla.) promised to enact a new policy that will see all illegal aliens in the state bussed up to Joe Biden’s home state of Delaware.

“What we’re doing in Florida is saying, ‘We’re not gonna let the recklessness of those policies impact our state,'” DeSantis said to those gathered for the signing. “If businesses or contractors are dumping people who are illegal into Florida from southern Texas, you know, we’re gonna go after their ability to do business in Florida.”

I like it! :D

There's more wall built than not right now, and Trump did almost all of it.

A wall has been funded 3x and the money raided by Congress that many times and there should have been one since 1989, bitch!

Why not insist our Chief Magistrate of the Union simply faithfully execute express Constitutional Law via executive order?
