DeSantis’ office hits back after class action suit from migrants, reveals 'consent fo

We’ll, I’d love to see those contracts and what they actually signed. The class action suit should reveal all of that. Discovery should be illuminating.

There it is there. But the one we have is sufficient to pretty much quash 90% + of the cases against DeSantis, like it or not, if that's what they signed. Verbal promises hold no weight when you have a signed contract.

The Spanish portion does not match the English portion...the Spanish portion omits the bit about Massachusetts, obviously because the asylum seekers are Spanish speakers who don't know English, so they couldn't compare the two consent forms against each other to find inconsistencies.

It seems like these consent forms were drafted with the express purpose and intent to deceive a Spanish speaker.

Car dealers and other shoe scum tell you all sorts of shit, but in the end it's what you sign on paper in writing that counts.

But this isn't like buying a car, this is kidnapping and trafficking people.

Obviously, you don't view them as people and that's because you're a piece of shit that compares them to cars being sold on a lot by a dealer.

It is exactly the same thing. A legal contract is a legal contract. Nobody was kidnapping anyone and trafficking them.
