That seems to be the general plan, although not as direct as you pointed out. The result will be that, effectively, minority/Democratic votes won't count. Republicans in Texas and Florida, among other states, will continue to see Republican leaders elected with only a minority of Republican votes electing them.

He voted to allow it out of committee, for a vote before the Senate. A year later, he voted against allowing it out of committee when it came up again.

Nobody likes the idea of abortion. Nobody WANTS to have an abortion.

People evolve. Obama didn't believe in gay marriage, but was intelligent enough to consider it.

Lady G(raham) was 'done' with trump on Jan. 6.
