To do such Chauvin's attorney would have to show some sort of proof that as Dershowitz put it, "every juror in that room knew about those threats." And even more so, that the remarks made by Waters were any more threatening than what the jurors already knew existed prior to Waters remarks

Kinda funny how those that felt Rudi's and Trump's remarks on January 6th had no influence on the events that follow are now convinced that Water's comments had such an important part in the verdict
