Moore also noted that no shards of glass were found embedded in Depp’s maimed finger, and no cuts were documented elsewhere on the injured digit. He said the photographic evidence was inconsistent with a “glass explosion” caused by a bottle being lobbed at the hand..."

I think that her truly egregious lie about paying $3.5 million to charity tops any of that, as did the jury seemingly. The settlement is immaterial anyway as she's broke and unlikely to get much work in the near future. Anyway it's a bit late in the day to complain about trial by media that ship sailed long ago.
