Government wouldn't have harvested this man's crops.
I did not dispute that.
I am disputing the pull yourself up by your bootstraps myth of the American farmer. The American farmers are the most prominent socialists in America

"n fact, a poll just came out — Wall Street Journal. It just came out. Look at this: “Farmer Approval of Trump Hits Record, Poll Shows… 83 percent of the farmers and ranchers approve of the President’s job performance.” 83 percent! "

Well...right now he's curled up in the fetal position, but his staff is in court trying to deny everyone health insurance. No he isn't.
I ask for facts, and get the usual right wing line of crap.
Democratic Socialism has been around since the Founding of the country even though the Founders called it "good government". Free health care for the poor (Ben Franklin), poor houses, and food banks (US Congress), preventing wealth inequality (Jefferson, Madison, etc.), limiting the influence of corporations, etc., are part of what made this country what it is. As de Togueville said (paraphrasing now) "As long as America remains good it will remain great", and America has lost its way. The Danish countries have adopted Democratic Socialism, and it is cheaper, and in many ways better then our system.

But you know that. You just can't accept it.
It is funny that the Republican governors that refused to enlarge medicaid when Obama was in office are now being forced to do so by the people. But you know, if we went to a flat tax, and quit giving the countries wealth to the 1%, we could quite easily afford ACA, and much more.

"Instead of pursuing expansion through a legislative route, advocates for the program have in recent years sponsored ballot initiatives to take the issue straight to voters – all of which have been successful thus far despite difficult partisan terrain.
The Fairness Project, a non-profit that promotes economic and social justice, has successfully led referendums to expand Medicaid in four deep red states – Idaho, Utah, Nebraska and Oklahoma – and Maine, a purple state whose Republican former governor rejected expansion three times.
On Tuesday, the Fairness Project notched another win with the passage of Medicaid in Missouri, a state that voted for Trump by nearly 20 points in 2016 but which backed expansion by a margin of 6 points, according to the New York Times."
This is an irrelevant appeal to history or tradition. When you discuss Europe's healthcare systems, it's no different than "Well, everybody else is doing it..." That doesn't mean the US has to follow suit.
This is more of that. It's still an irrelevant appeal to tradition.
The US would be better off eliminating most of the use of insurance to pay for healthcare and revert to a market driven system. Insurance should be limited to the most serious illnesses and injuries rather than it pay for everything like it's doing now. That's what I've consistently argued. The counter argument is what you give me...
The Europeans are doing it... Red states are doing it... It's fair and equal... Those are all irrelevant appeals. They don't argue any actual reasons or facts to why a government run system would be better.
I don't know about you, but when I go get a semi-annual or annual checkup the doctor's office is occupied by more administrative personnel than providers. They're there to do all the paperwork to get paid for my visit rather than if I just paid for it myself. That's system overhead that could be eliminated for the most part. Along the US - Mexico border, there are more and more high quality medical providers popping up on the Mexican side offering good quality care at very affordable prices--for cash customers. Both Americans and Canadians are driving this business. It's inexpensive because there is low overhead.
Universal insurance is the problem, not the solution.
Well...right now he's curled up in the fetal position, but his staff is in court trying to deny everyone health insurance.
Makes better sense if one actually knows what they are talking about. If someone is doing something, and it is a better way then what you are doing, anyone with common sense would seek to do it better. But not the right winger who is so afraid of admitting they are wrong they would rather see others suffer, die, and pay more for that suffering.
"Tradition" is what this OP is all about. Tradition is what we are losing, and it is destroying what America stands for.
"Market driven" is what we have now, and it is a failure. If you had actually read the article it addresses the issue of litigation in the fact that it is eliminated. In the US it is allowed, ad the "market" forces have accepted it, and refuse to change the system. And once again you demonstrate the fatal weakness of your argument when you say the "Fair and equal" is irrelevant. That is why trump could give three trillion dollars in tax cuts to the wealthy while giving nothing to the poor, and the middle class.
Low overhead brought about by the lack of "market forces". Cost of materials is lower as is medication, rent, wages, doctors salaries, etc. I have been to the Mexican side for medical issues, and the quality is not there. Then I get back to the States and have to have the problem fixed at higher costs. So I quit going as have many of my friends.
No, a hybrid system of both is what is needed with regulations prohibiting/limiting litigation is the solution.
TRUMPONOMICS WAS BOOMING FOR AMERICANS IN EVERY WORKING BRACKET, UNTIL THE TREASON-O-CRAT ABETTED CHINESE BIO ATTACK, AND WILL AGAIN, AS IS OBVIOUS.

First off punk, you have offered no PROOF that the neighbors were of your Repugnant classless group. NONE whatsoever. Nothing unusual there.
Then you continue your baseless allegations with more lies that you cannot, and thus will not, prove. Nothing unusual there.
Then you call a request that you prove something to b true "irrelevant", ad just lie some more. Nothing unusual there.
If you had any self respect, or anything resembling "class", or a moral compass, you would be ashamed of your self. However, like your gawd trump, you have nothing resembling decency, or moral values, so you can just lie some more. Nothing new there.
FRIST OFF , FAGBITCH, I PROVIDED THE ELECTION DATA FROM THAT COUNTY , AND TOWN; YOU ARE APPARENTLY TOO MUCH OF A STUPIDFUCK TO UNDERSTAND IT.
HAVE ONE OF THE GROWNUPS EXPLAIN IT TO YOUR IGNORANT ASS.
