Denuclearization?

The only thing that's changed about NK is that its leader is no longer blustering, bragging, and test-firing missiles to show that he means business. Instead, they're quietly going about building up their arsenal, while Toadstool pretends not to see in order to maintain the fallacy that he "won."

I agree. Kim already knows how to build atomic bombs, NK is now in the process of building hundreds if not thousands of nuclear weapons. Not long from now, Kim will have enough to sell to groups that are hostile to America. It won't be Kim (or China) that wipes San Francisco off the map, it will be some 'Terrorist Group'.

If you are really sincere in wanting to denuclearize the Korean Peninsula, then you have to do just that.

All we did in Singapore, is give Iran the Green Light to proceed with their Nuclear Program, we won't do anything about it.

That why I think the moronic and blundering Trump has actually made the situation worse.

By meeting with Kim without preconditions, bellowing that "the nuclear threat is over", and basically giving Kim the gift of perception that this tin pot communist dictator is being reasonable and open, he has given this communist the breathing room to continue to do what they have always done: nuclear research and development in secret, while in public Trump allows the North Koreans to seem like they are being reasonable, and making it so other pacific nations might let their guard down.

If Trump were smart, or willing to listen to people who know something about this type of international negotiation he would not have gone off half cocked like he did, and he would not have made himself vulnerable to Kim, by lying to the American people about the result. If Kim actually did agree to something, Rump would have had him put it on paper, before yapping like a fool about what Kim agreed to...
