Congressional pay should be per diem. If they do nothing that day for the American people, no workee, no payee. They can have their cuddle fests everyday if they want. They just would not get paid for it.

Why does anyone want to wade through 400 pages just see how Mullet arrived at his conclusion lol?

The collusion conclusion is all that matters. Obstruction was a sop Mullet coughed-up for the Resistance and House Democrats. If Mullet thought an indictment was warranted he wasn’t going to let DOJ *suggestions* about not being able to indict a president stand in his way.

He would have handed out the indictment and let the courts and/or DOJ settle it. Mullet knew an indictment meant a trial and he had a laughably weak case.

Pure and simple.

Plain and simple is that you are too scared to read it or even have it read to you. Mueller punted the responsibility to pursue the rule of law on obstruction to Congress and Barr hijacked it and you are afraid to acknowledge that for some bizarre reason .

Look, I wish we could subtract Trump from the equation see how the putative obstruction indictment against Subject A would fare in a courtroom in front of a jury. Assuming, you could find a prosecutor that would bother with it.

As far the obstruction accusation, it was gift he wanted to give to Congress in order to pursue an impeachment.
And, "the law" would have nothing to do with it because that course of action is taken up by Congress...more exactly, the Senate.

You won't find that, because there is overwhelming evidence that many in trump's campaign did just that. The issue here, is that some believe POTUS cannot be found guilty of any crime, but any other citizen would be in jail.
