They don't but the DNC was particularly egregious.
At least with Nixon repubs told him to step down, enough was enough.

The DNC was exposed as being irredeemably corrupt by Wiki Leaks.

Whatever extent the Russian role was we can only guess, since *the corrupt DNC* won't let anyone but Crowdstrike---who just happens to be on *the corrupt DNC* payroll, look at their flipping server, for crying out loud.

So color me nonplussed over Trump's tepid concern over Russian meddling. The whole charade is the biggest political farce of the last 50 years.

I expect some individual members to be indicted ( Flynn/maybe Manafort) so Mueller can say he did something.

But Obstructionism is laughable given what we know now -
and even more silly is Twitter being used for "witness intimidation"

the only caveat is Mueller is a Comey cohort,and SP's wind up in weird places like Ken Starr.

It's inexcusable that Trump hasn't really even said anything about the hacking - and it raises suspicion. I don't care how badly his feelings are hurt by the investigation. I really can't imagine how you guys would be if this was Hillary doing the same thing.

As for "biggest political farce," my goodness. I mean - my goodness.

Apparently the DNC didn't care enough to get help from the FBI or DHS.

Your boy Comey says Wasserman turned down the offer to have their computers looked at by the FBI. Now why would she do that? Does that seem normal to you?

Surely you don't think Comey is lying do you?

It seems you aren't interested in the DNC servers which if you are paying attention are at the heart of this entire investigation into Trump. So why should Trump care about something that you really don't care about?

I even support the HC plan which is severely compromised because we need something to replace Obamacare
and Bernie didn't win -so no SPay

Partisan hackery is being unable to see flaws. Trumps language is awful. I voted for him in spite of it.

This is rapidly turning into a farce of epic proportions. It was pretty bloody obvious to anybody with more than couple of firing synapses that he was taking the piss, as we say over here.

The DNC is corrupt lol. And that's not an opinion.

I have mixed emotions about Trump's Tweets. He has created some of his own misery with it. OTOH, more often than not, he keeps the media from dominating the narrative with his use of Twitter.

The OP is a case in point: the media would bury the fact Obama was tepid about Russian meddling, but Trump kept it front and center with his use of Twitter. And he does that sort of thing quite a bit.

And the Comey bluff about 'the tapes' was brilliant. You have to consider the possibility that Comey wouldn't have testified that Trump wasn't a subject of investigation. In which case, the media would still be running with that lie.

So I totally get why Trump uses Twitter---he practically has to. But I wish he would be more judicious with it and stay away from stupid faux controversies like with the London mayor and the like.
