Ineffective is more succinct.I don't agree with all his policies, but the key word there is measured.
BTW, US troops are still in Afghanistan, as well.

Sounds to me like there have been some redistricting shenanigans or possibly something worse. Trump wins 25 districts, Clinton 30 but the popular vote broke down to 7,362,490 for Clinton and 3,916,209 for Trump? Dare I say that's damn near unbelievable.

Yes, that's correct. Obama was more measured about involving us in military action and reduced the amount of troops being exposed to military action, although I would prefer no troops one is preferable than starting two full fledged military campaigns and Nation building. At this point all we know for sure is that you prefer one President who involved the US in two wars over the other President who did.

He's up to three wars now ...
"
—2,499 U.S. soldiers have been killed in Afghanistan and Iraq so far under President Obama, according to the independent Iraq Coalition Casualty Count.
—Of those, 1,906 have been killed in and around Afghanistan, and 593 in Iraq.
—Under Obama, the United States has been at war for 2,687 days. That's longer than under George W. Bush — or any other U.S. president, for that matter.
—Obama has conducted airstrikes on seven countries: Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Somalia, Yemen, Libya and Syria. (That's three more countries than George W. Bush bombed.)
—U.S. combat forces are deployed on the ground in three countries: Iraq, Afghanistan and Syria. That's one more war than Obama inherited, and which his successor will likely have to contend with."

The rules were clear to everyone. If you wanted to prove you have a mandate, you had to win the EC.
Libya doesn't count. He's up to three wars now ...

Libya doesn't count.
He claimed "kinetic military action" to avoid the war powers act.
The destruction of Libya and the creation of a failed terrorists state there was just some kinna mirage according to Obama.
Or go with Clinton's "smart power" ..bombing civilians in Misrata
You can use whatever term you wish, I just prefer him to GWB.Ineffective is more succinct.
Let's do this again.
What were Bush's numbers?

Yes, we have, just clarifying, you are welcome to not commentYes, because Bush involved us in two wars. We've already done this.
Rolling Stones didn't count Libya, though they should have.
