I do not want judicial activists.

there is a false dichotomy set up by liberals. To be a constitutionalist, is to be a conservative. Conservatives seek to preserve the status quo, and original intent. If you want to change the constitution that is called the amendment process. Liberals by their nature are anti-constitution. They do not believe in the tenants of the constitution (unless it's convienent for them). There is no right or left when it comes to judicial philosophy, only right and wrong, and liberals support wrong.
 
and believe it or not I did not like citizens united but I think it is constitutionally sound. I also don't like obamacare but I don't think the logic that it's a tax is unconstitutional either (if you accept the premise that congress gets to tax you for whatever reason, which we sadly have plenty of established precedent for).

I support what the constitution says, not what I like. That's why a month or so ago gorsuch made a ruling liberals like and while liberals where laughing on here, I didn't mind at all. Because I don't desire particular outcomes beyond the constitution being adhered to

So they don't have to tune to PBS. They can watch it on their computer, or mobile.

The 2nd Amendment that says "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State...." but I bet you don't give a rat's ass about being part of a WELL REGULATED MILITIA as a prerequisite to gun ownership, amirite?
