After a woman tweeted about parking placard abuse, DEMOCRAT NY Senator Kevin Parker sent a tweet to her saying "kill yourself!" Parker has since deleted the tweet to Candice Giove, who serves as Deputy Communications Director of the NY Senate Majority.

Parker is known for having something of a temper: in 2010, the Times wrote about several incidents involving him, saying he had "toxic" anger. "He was charged with punching a traffic enforcement agent," the Times wrote. "There have been complaints that he menaced his staff and even fellow senators. He is presently fighting charges of assaulting a news photographer." In 2008, an aide accused him of shoving her, knocking her eyeglasses off and stepping on them.

Parker, who has also called fellow State Senators "racists" and "white supremacists," once noted that his outbursts got him more press attention.

San Francisco Mayor London Breed has written a letter asking outgoing Gov. Jerry Brown’s to free her brother, who is not eligible for parole for another 15 years in a notorious homicide case.

He pushed a young mother out of a car and into Golden Gate Bridge traffic. Napoleon Brown, 46, is now serving a 44-year term in Solano State Prison for the death of Lenties White.

White’s family and legal experts question Breed’s letter.

Breed wrote to the DEMOCRAT governor that she did not think the four-decade sentence against her brother was fair. His freedom, she says, is “what’s best for both Napoleon and society overall.”

Breed left out that just last year, her brother was caught with heroin in prison. As a result, he had another two years tacked onto the sentence he was already serving.

Another thing Breed left out in that letter was that Breed tried to provide her brother with an alibi, testifying in the trial that Napoleon Brown was sleeping on her couch at midnight. That was when Brown robbed a restaurant and later pushed White from the getaway vehicle.

The jury heard evidence that White’s dying words implicated Napoleon Brown as her killer.

Sandra McNeil, the mother of the 25-year-old victim, disagrees.

“I don’t think it would be justice,” she said. “She’s the mayor, so she’s got a little power, so she thinks she can get her brother out.’’

Veteran prosecutor turned defense attorney, Chuck Smith, said the mayor’s letter raises all sorts of ethical questions. Smith said he is troubled by the fact that the letter leaves out key information, like the heroin possession and Breed’s role as an alibi witness.

Former Vice President Al Gore hailed the city of Georgetown, Texas, for powering itself with only solar and wind energy, but now the city is losing millions on its green energy gamble.

Georgetown’s bet against fossil fuel prices cost the city-owned utility nearly $7 million this year, and prompted officials to look for a way out of their long-term contracts for solar and wind energy.

Georgetown made national news after being featured in Gore’s film “An Inconvenient Sequel,” which was released in 2017. The film followed-up on Gore’s inaccurate 2006 film“An Inconvenient Truth.”

“I think Georgetown is already a trailblazer,” Gore said during his 2016 visit to learn about Georgetown’s plan to get 100 percent of their energy from wind and solar power.

“And one thing that Georgetown demonstrates to other places that are just beginning to think about it is that the power supply is not only more affordable the cost is predictable for at least 25 years into the future and really beyond that,” Gore said.

Since being featured in Gore’s film, other media outlets have asked if Georgetown is the “future” of U.S. cities. However, Georgetown is becoming more of a cautionary tale. Georgetown Budget Manager Paul Diaz told city councilors in late November the utility had lost $6.84 million. City officials are looking for ways to make up the shortfall.

“GUS is in the process of opening negotiations with our current energy suppliers to adjust the terms of our contracts,” City Councilman Steve Fought wrote in an email to constituents.

“Additionally, we are working to change our management strategy for daily energy market operations,” Fought wrote in his November 26th email. “We also need to implement belt tightening measures in the electric department and shift funds to balance the GUS accounts.”

Georgetown Utility Systems’ energy costs were more than $23 million over budget in 2016 and 2017.

Welcome to the DEMOCRAT health care prison.

DEMOCRAT Gov. Andrew Cuomo even wants the New York Legislature to copy all of ObamaCare’s federal regulations into state law. Yikes — those regulations have caused premiums to more than double in five years.

In Congress, DEMOCRATS are pushing a bill to outlaw short-term plans everywhere. They’ve titled it the “Undo Sabotage” bill. As if allowing an exit ramp off ObamaCare is sabotage. DEMOCRATS would rather prop up the Affordable Care Act than ease the pain of consumers.

Last week, former President Barack Obama made a video to coax people to buy his signature health plans, promising that for most of them, the plans wouldn’t cost more than a cellphone bill.

But that’s only true for low-income buyers getting taxpayer-funded subsidies. Single adults earning more than $48,560 are considered middle class, and they’re on their own.

Obama wasn’t talking to them. Some 4 million ObamaCare customers who paid full freight have dropped their coverage. They can’t afford the soaring premiums. The middle class is becoming the new uninsured in this country.

What’s to blame for the huge premiums? It’s because ObamaCare forces healthy buyers in the individual market to pay the same as people with serious illnesses.

5 percent of the population uses nearly 50 percent of the health care. To make everyone pay the same is extortion.

Republicans agree that people with pre-existing conditions must be protected. The lie perpetuated by the DEMOCRATS is that ObamaCare is the only way to do it. In truth, it’s the least fair way.

The Trump administration is *encouraging states to depart from ObamaCare rules and allowing insurers to charge healthy buyers less than sick ones.

That doesn’t mean people with pre-existing conditions are abandoned. The cost of their care is paid for out of general state revenues, spreading the burden widely instead of skewering buyers in the individual insurance market. Alaska, one of the first states to try it, was able to lower ObamaCare premiums by double digits in 2018.

When the Texas v. Azar decision was announced on Friday, Obama called it “scary,” warning that it “puts people’s pre-existing-conditions coverage at risk.” That’s the same demagoguery DEMOCRATS used in the midterm elections.

Don’t fall for it.

California’s Department of Motor Vehicles has confirmed that its director, Jean Shiomoto, will retire after three decades with the department and a tumultuous final year.

“Director Shiomoto announced to staff last month her intent to retire at the end of the year after 38 years in state service,” the DMV said in a statement.

DEMOCRAT Gov. Jerry Brown appointed her as the department’s full-time director in November 2013.

During Shiomoto’s tenure, the department struggled to implement the state’s Motor Voter program — which launched earlier this year to automatically register people to vote when they visit the DMV. The department admitted in September that it had improperly registered thousands of undocumented immigrants through the program.

The California DMV has also faced increased challenges with issuing federally-mandated Real ID cards, which are required by Oct. 1, 2020 for people who want to board airplanes and enter federal facilities without a passport.

Former Attorney General Loretta Lynch is expected to appear before members of the House Judiciary and Oversight committees Wednesday, as Republicans conclude their months-long investigation into the handling of the FBI’s investigation into former Secretary of State and DEMOCRAT presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server and their separate probe into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

Lynch, who served as attorney general under former President Barack Obama in 2016, was criticized during the presidential campaign for meeting with former President Bill Clinton at an airport as federal investigators reviewed his wife’s use of private email.

The Justice Department Inspector General criticized Lynch’s meeting with Clinton in a review of the FBI’s handling of the Clinton email investigation. She accepted the findings of the James Comey's FBI in the investigation, amid backlash over her encounter with the former president.

The Communist Party honored a pair of union organizers, including an official who nearly captured the DEMOCRAT nomination for lieutenant governor, at its annual awards ceremony.

The party presented the People's World Amistad Awards to Eva Bermúdez Zimmerman, as well as longtime union official Shellye Davis. The party described the honorees as "fierce warriors" in an announcement. The award ceremony was held to mark the 99th anniversary of the Communist Party USA.

The party also recognized Shellye Davis, president of the AFL-CIO Central Labor Coalition and a longtime official with the American Federation of Teachers, who was also hailed.

The Amistad Awards have often recognized union officials for their work, as evidenced by recurring recognition granted to union officials, including the 2017 award to Davis's predecessor, Peggy Buchanan, and 2016 awards to two other union officials with SEIU and the American Federation of Teachers.

Other unions have embraced the awards.

An Antifa leader uses aliases to spread radical and often violent rhetoric while concealing his actual identity. Joseph “Jose” Alcoff works with congressional DEMOCRATS as part of his day job as a manager with a DC-based advocacy group. But he spreads socialist and communist propaganda when going by the name “Jose Martin.”

Identifying as “Chepe,” Alcoff advocates for the violent overthrow of the government and for the murder of the rich. He has pushed for the mainstreaming of Antifa’s violent tactics.

"Chepe" is an organizer behind Smash Racism DC, the Antifa group that mobbed Fox News host Tucker Carlson’s home in November and attacked Senator Ted Cruz in a restaurant in September.

The agitator has made great efforts to separate his fanatical personas from a third identity, his legal name: Joseph “Jose” Alcoff. Under that identity, the 36-year-old has worked as a payday campaign manager for Americans for Financial Reform since 2016.

His Twitter account was made private Tuesday evening, as was the account of his brother, Sam Alcoff, a producer for Democracy Now. Alcoff’s mother, Linda Alcoff, also made her Facebook page private Tuesday evening.

In his professional capacity as Alcoff, he’s been quoted in press releases from DEMOCRAT Senators Dianne Feinstein of California and Tammy Baldwin of Wisconsin and appeared at an event with DEMOCRAT Rep. Don Beyer of Virginia, and has been pictured alongside Ohio DEMOCRAT Sen. Sherrod Brown and California DEMOCRAT Rep. Maxine Waters.
