Kevin Spacey will be charged with indecent assault and battery for allegedly sexually assaulting the son of former WCVB news anchor Heather Unruh at a Nantucket bar in 2016.

A criminal complaint was issued against Spacey on December 20 and he is scheduled for arraignment on Jan. 7 in Nantucket District Court, the Cape & Islands District Attorney’s Office said in a statement.

News of the criminal charge was first reported by the Boston Globe.

The charge comes over a year after Unruh publicly accused Spacey of assaulting her son. Over the course of a 30-minute televised news conference, Unruh said that Spacey got her 18-year-old son drunk at the Club Car bar in Nantucket in July of 2016 and forced his hand down her son’s pants.

“Kevin Spacey bought him drink after drink after drink and when my son was drunk, Spacey made his move and sexually assaulted him,” she said during the press conference.

Her son filed a police report last year, launching the criminal investigation.

Spacey was accused of sexual misconduct by multiple men last year, as the Me Too movement sparked a wave of long-buried allegations against celebrities, businessmen and media personalities.

He was fired from the lead role in Netflix' political drama “House of Cards” and was cut from the motion picture “All the Money in the World.”

DEMOCRATS claim Brett McGurk, the Special Presidential Envoy who just resigned in opposition to the decision to pull out troops by President Trump is some kind of hero, apparently.

He was an Obama Administration holdover.

Nominated as “deputy Senior Envoy” on September 12, 2014 by John “I-Love-Iran” Kerry, he saw his nomination as Ambassador to Iraq (March 26th, 2012) crash and burn in the DEMOCRAT Senate.

McGurk was doing the nasty with Gina Chon. Even Hillary was briefed about their escapades on the roofs of Baghdad palaces, some caught on tape.

Gina was a reporter who gave McGurk articles for review before publication and faithfully printed his leaks, while both idiots were humping each other and leaving a trail of emails and videos from here to Baghdad.

After the hullaballoo, McGurk divorced his wife (Caroline Wong) and married Chon.

Throughout this time, as McGurk’s sexual needs were being relieved on post and on camera, he never complained about Obama’s refusal to send troops, the characterization of ISIS as a JV team, the surrender of the Middle East to Russia and Iran, the violated “red lines” and the tolerance of Assad’s genocide.

NOW he develops a "conscience", a few weeks before his retirement. The DEMOCRAT-infested press, rather than expose this grotesque charade, lifts him up as the honest broker fearful that the man (who did what Obama could not) may “abandon the Kurds,” the same Kurds Obama left to die in 2009.
