Michigan tried to pass legislation temporarily removing the state's gasoline tax in order to give drivers a break. So what happened? The (R)s said okay, but we're not going to let it go into effect *until next year." Why? Because of the election for governor this fall. They don't give a shit about the people, just getting elected.

The Joe Sixpack rank and file Republicans don't know from issues. They vote by bumper stickers. That's their reading level.

Democracy works with a sane and educated population, not with stupid, rural Americans.
Civilized places like Massachusetts, New York, California, and the like don't need to be in the same country with Middle American douchebags like the devolved and depraved mutants who voted for Trump twice.
