- Ford left behind a recession and oil embargo for Carter.
- Reagan left behind the wreckage of the S&L's and grew the debt by 200%
- Bush the Elder left behind a literal recession
- Bush the Dumber left behind a total economic and housing collapse
- Trump left behind the worst economic disaster since the Great Depression and his pandemic killed at least 1M Americans
- Even if there was no pandemic, there would still have been a recession since the recession caused by Trump's policies and tax cuts started the February before any lockdowns

democrats dont' understand the economy by stupidly believing that corps are going to pay taxes, when it's well known that they pass those costs on to the consumer. Secondly, BOTH parties play and lie to the people by telling them they will tax the rich, then use their own party members to create all kinds of loopholes for those rich to use to avoid paying taxes. The sad part is that you actively blame the other side while ignoring your own doing it.
So then Capitalism is not about fairness, only greed.
If corporations are passing the cost of the taxes they pay onto us, then what does that tell you about the state of Capitalism?
