[h=1]Pelosi To Fallon: Unlike Current ‘Obstruction’ Of Obama, My Congress ‘Cooperated With Pres Bush’[/h]During Friday evening’s edition of Late Night, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi told host Jimmy Fallon that unlike this current Republican-controlled Congress, which she views as having a “philosophy” of “obstruction,” her time as Speaker of the House was marked by her cooperation with President George W. Bush.

“This obstruction of the president is something quite new,” Pelosi said to Fallon. She lamented that, in her view, Congress isn’t as “civil” as it used to be: “There was much more civility, and you came to get a job done. Certainly, you advocated for your point of view, but you always strove to find common ground. And i think we have to return to that place.”

:palm:
She must have forgot when at a State Of The Union address, those cooperative and civil democrats booed the President. Or even her own comments on President Bush ... "a total failure, losing all credibility with the American people on the war, on the economy, on energy, you name the subject" and that Congress had been "sweeping up after his mess over and over and over again". Or even Obama's comments telling the Republicans that they can come along for the ride, as long as they sit in the back of the bus.

Here is how the Obama laptdogs explain away the small crowds.....

[h=1]Obama Drawing Big Crowds, but Not Like in ’08[/h][h=2]Obama Spokeswoman Says Campaign Is Intentionally Limiting Crowd Sizes At Obama And Biden Events…[/h]

“We have plenty of time for big rallies,” a campaign spokeswoman, Jen Psaki, said between the rallies on Thursday. “Our focus right now is on exciting our supporters and winning over undecided voters and the smaller and medium-size events are the best venue to accomplish that because the president can closely engage with the crowd.”

Big rallies are expensive, especially given the logistical and security challenges for a president as opposed to a mere United States senator. And Obama campaign operatives, both at the Chicago headquarters and in swing states where Mr. Obama recently has stumped, say the campaign intentionally limits crowds by restricting tickets. The reason is to allow the president to better connect with supporters, aides say.

Looks like some people have stopped drinking the Kool-Aid

[h=1]her time as Speaker of the House was marked by her cooperation with President George W. Bush.

I remember that...it began, I believe, on September 12th, 2001 in an amazing display of bipartisanship. Unfortunately, it ended a few years later when it was discovered it was all based upon a lie.

She must have forgot when at a State Of The Union address, those cooperative and civil democrats booed the President.

I remember that too, along with many other times when muted boo's and groans were expressed towards other Presidents, Democrat and Republican. Like 2005, when Bush announced his failed plan to rape our seniors[url].

What I only remember happening once was this:
