No, according to me anyone who is in a country illegally shouldn't be able to make wire transfers or send money out of that country. Secondly, anyone who engages in sending money via wire transfers to terrorist groups, criminal organizations, or the like should also be stopped.

No one should be allowed to profit from criminal activity. If you are in the US illegally and sending money out of the country, you should be charged with two crimes for that.

It'd be fine if legal US citizens wanted to send their family and relatives cash overseas, so long as that money wasn't going to terrorists or criminals.

Everyone is demanding reparations nowadays. The word has become meaningless like calling someone a racist or a nazi. Hell - i think whites deserve reparations for all the black on white crime and the affirmative action policies that have cost whites millions of jobs.
