US Marshals arrested Josue Zepeda-Padilla, a suspected MS-13 member. He haD an immigration detainer hold.

Zepeda-Padilla has been wanted since January of 2024 in connection with a violent gang assault and kidnapping of a 15-year-old.

Two Romanian nationals have been arrested for Criminal Simulation - $1500 to $1499.Both have immigration detainer holds.

Bogdan Ghinea and Liviu Miclescu were arrested after a report of a jewelry scam.

The affidavit states that neither of the men had any form of identification, but showed the deputy pictures of a depicted Romanian passport or identification card.

On Thursday, Joselito Alvarez Rodriguez was booked for a number of charges from 2025, 2024, and 2021.

They include Assault, Discharging Firearms, Assault with a Deadly Weapon - Law Enforcement Officer, and more.

Gerald Arley Picaro-Vega was arrested for an extensive list of sex crimes against a child or children, mostly as a parent or guardian.

On Monday, illegal alien and Chilean national Jean Stefano Merinovejar was arrested in connection to a 2023 burglary via DNA samples left at the crime scene.

He's been busy in the past two years, as the Martin County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) documents.

@Jarod wasn't available to help him, having been fired years ago. Probably lucky for this illegal.

February 2024: Under the braindead Biden regime's reign of error, Merinovejarf faced Grand Theft charges in Miami-Dade County, FL.

MCSO describes it as a burglary.

He was released with an ankle monitor, but he cut it off.

In October 2024, again during the dark days of braindead Biden's misrule, Merinovejarf faced charges of Criminal Use of Personal Identification in Washington state. He was released.

MCSO says he was "recently" arrested in NV on Criminal Use of False Identification charges.

The MCSO Fugitive Warrants Unit traveled to Nevada and took custody of Merinovejar, who was extradited back to Martin County.

In one final attempt to escape, Democrat darling Merinovejar tried to break loose from custody and flee from detectives. He failed.

Illegal alien Guohua Huang was arrested for False Pretenses and Disorderly Conduct.

Huang could face federal charges related to the case and is also subject to deportation proceedings.

Investigators determined the victim had been contacted by an individual posing as a financial institution representative, falsely claiming their bank account had been compromised. The suspect convinced the victim to make significant financial transactions under the pretense of securing their funds.

Venezuelan national and suspected Tren de Aragua (TdA) member Luis Ernesto Veliz Riera has been charged in Federal court with Possessing a Firearm as an Illegal Alien.

The press release and court documents give an exceptional record of Veliz Riera's journey: under braindead Biden's retarded regime's relaxed rules he roamed our nation freely from El Paso, Texas to Chicago, to NYC, to Miami-Dade.

In February 2023, this illegal alien entered America at the El Paso port of entry via the Democrat's beloved CBP One App.

He was given one year parole and a Notice to Appear in Las Vegas, where he told officials he would be staying.

Circa April/May 2023, this Democrat darling remained in El Paso to wait for his illegal alien girlfriend (still not identified in court documents) to cross the border, and then traveled with to Chicago, where he stayed for about a year before moving to NYC.

In April 2024, an Order of Removal was finally issued after this Democrat darling's failure to appear in immigration court.

On October 17, 2024, this Democrat darling was pulled over In Miami-Dade County, Florida, while driving a car with an Illinois license plate, after a tip on Tren de Aragua activity was received by police. He was charged with Cannabis Possession and was found to also have an outstanding warrant from another jurisdiction.

During the subsequent search of his hotel room, where he'd stayed with three others including his illegal alien girlfriend, a firearm was located.

He stated that his illegal alien girlfriend purchased the firearm in NYC, which has some the strictest "common-sense gun laws" in the nation.

Photographs of him fondling the weapon were found and he admitted to loading it earlier in the day.

Still the under the protective policies of demented Democrats, he was released again in November 2024: the Cannabis Possession case was dropped, but fortunately he was detained by Border Patrol.

However, despite an outstanding Removal Order, he was released once more and placed on electronic monitoring via the Democrat's Alternative to Detention (ADT) program.

Finally, after sanity was restored to our country, in February 2025, he was rearrested and subsequently charged with Possessing a Firearm as an Illegal Alien.

Unless @Jarod tries to save him, he will face the consequences at last.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested nine criminal aliens in the Houston area between Feb. 24 – 28 charged with, or have been convicted of, a sex offense and are amenable to removal from the U.S.
