They're all individual, and mathematically, amount to zero impact. In a nation of over 350 million, it's never going to be perfect.

But there is never "massive" or coordinated fraud. Unless you want to count sending fake electors.

I think he's referring to the landslide victory President Trump had in all four battleground states when everyone went to sleep, only to find the next morning that Democrats shut those Democrat-run states down at 3AM and magically "discovered" truckloads of only Biden ballots, magically transforming every state and causing a complete (mathematically impossible) reversal in every outcome.
