LMAO... Again, one is run by a private entity, the other by the state... but BOTH are public schools. They are open to the public. They do not charge a fee to get in. PRIVATE schools do that.

Maybe you missed the part about "larger classes" and "greater responsibilities". Instead of guessing what that entails, go back and read the articles I linked.
