the demmycunts had to convince the court they had the right to demand the release of Trump's tax returns even though 26 USC § 6103 prevented it......they told the court that they needed it to examine whether the IRS was properly examining the tax returns of elected officials........the SC then said they could have the documents........obviously, releasing the documents to the public is not related to their duty of examining the IRS.......

the committee now becomes those "officers of the United States......who has possession of any return or return information obtained by him in any manner in connection with his service as such an officer or an employee or otherwise or under the provisions of this section (what they alleged to the SC to convince it to release the documents to them)"

therefore, they are prohibited from releasing them to anyone.......

Its amazing that the SC and all the other courts that have ruled against Trump were lied to and not a single one of them, only you knew the truth.
Trump promised to release his tax returns for years, it was all a massive lie. Well now we will see what he promised.

I have a juris doctorate.......be that as it may I have made no claim to knowing more than courts do.......I don't doubt for a minute that every judge knows what I just posted......certainly the SC does.........I just know more about it than you do.......not a big deal......I know more about everything than you do........

tell me, Cuntselor, are you denying that they told the SC that they were allowed to demand the documents for the purpose of filling their constitutional duty to oversee the IRS?........are you denying that the court then said, yes they have that obligation and on that basis they can have the tax returns.......are you denying that releasing the documents to the public would not fall within that purpose?......are you denying that releasing the tax returns to the public would be an outright violation of 26 USC § 6103?......

hows that basic reasoning feel now?....
