Kennedy should announce that he intends to run a third party if Biden will not debate him in the primary. Biden is too chicken to debate him and let the voters decide who is the better candidate. So if the DNC wants to squeeze Kennedy out then let Biden have to run against him in the General election and split the Democrat vote.

Kennedy is a conspiracy nut and a bit daft. He belongs with people like you, not Biden.
