Biden could be forced to have a mental health evaluation if he was to be put on trial. You see this all the time in the news, "so-and-so did X" and will be required to undergo a 30-day mental health evaluation to see if he's fit for trial.
Hur's opinion has no bearing on this. He's a lawyer, not a doctor.
I'll read the book when it's available at the library. Right now there are 195 holds on it.

I read the entire transcript and posted a lot of comments here about it. I pointed out how stupid and meaningless some of the questions were.
Paraphrasing Hur: "You have two boxes of documents about X on the shelf, but another two boxes are on the floor. Why weren't they put on the shelf with the first two?"
Stupid stuff like that, questions only a person with an eidetic memory could answer.
