That is true around the world. Also Biden stopped leasing in the Gulf and
in Anwar. His administration has put more restrictions on the building of pipeline and outright canceled the XL pipeline. /Biden himself promised to eliminate fossil fuels. It's no secret in the oil industry or the finance industry that this administration is anti fossil fuels. The administration's anti fossil fuel polices are making the financing of oil exploration and production more difficult to obtain. Investors are increasingly putting their money elsewhere. thay all drives the price of oil up. BTW did you complain where oil producers actually had to pay $37 to take their oil when the oil industry collapsed. I doubt it.
