They submit false documents. So let's say Bad Bunny makes it across the border. He pays some asshole to turn out a false SS Card and some other form of ID so Bunny can get a job. Bunny submits those documents to Steve Smith, owner of "Steve's Diner" as a dish washer. Bunny starts getting paychecks. Because Bunny submitted a false SS #, being deducted from Bunny's paycheck is Social Security Tax, Unemployment, and whatever else in that particular jurisdiction is deducted.

So, even though Bunny isn't here legally - he's paying taxes and therefore, not as you lie - "sucking of the government tit". Bunny is both working and paying taxes.
