The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia Southern Division dismissed the discrimination lawsuit levied against celebrity chef Paula Deen.
The suit also involved Deen's brother Earl "Bubba" Hiers, alleging that the siblings fostered a workplace in their restaurants rife with racial discrimination and sexual harassment. Two weeks ago, a judge dismissed the racial discrimination claims, leaving the sexual harassment portion of the suit intact.
