How’s it at risk? You yourself just posted an article about Thomas not bringing up Loving and saying he won’t touch it. How’s it getting overturned?

To challenge this a state would have to pass a law banning interracial marriage and try to get it before the SC. That would be political suicide for the state's leaders and make that state a laughing stock.

I brought that up in another post. Like you said, to overturn it there has to be a case brought to them right? Where would this case come from? There’s no way it would move up the food chain right?

The first expert is Kamala Harris. She’s either going to be running for re-election for VP or running for President if Biden doesn’t. She’s not speaking as a legal expert, she’s speaking as a politician trying to rally her base.
