I think the current price point is mostly market related---not so much because of Trump's energy policy because of the time lag.

Its a waste of your time to set up false narratives then knock them down.
There is an investigation into Russia's involvement in our election and who might have helped them. This is the result of the clear appearance of at least two members of the Rump Campaign having committed financial crimes relating to dealings with Russia. (Manafort and Flynn)
There has clearly been a desperate attempt by the administration to end any and all investigations.
There has been a drip drip drip of secret meetings between Rump campaign officials and the Russians that did not get disclosed when legally required to have been disclosed.
Finally there was an offer to the Presidents son for dirt on Hillary Clinton which caused him to attend meetings to get that information.
These are very generally the reasons Republicans are investigating Rump and his campaign's ties to Russia's activities leading up to this historically close election.
I know many of you are desperate for the investigations to cease and for nothing to be found, but IF there is something, it looks like it is going to be found.
Why not take the other root... disclose everything, cooperate with the investigation, hand over the tax returns so that investigators will see that there is nothing there? Unless of corse they are trying to hide the truth!
