Put differently, debates allow Democrats to present themselves as a legitimate party trying to fashion rational solutions to real problems. Meanwhile, Republicans show they couldn’t care less about all that governing business. Ending popular programs, stripping away legislative achievements and passing more tax cuts are all they’ve got.

the GOP wants to allow complex decisions, like how to deal with aborting a life - to smaller geographical regions. They actually have the sense to know that we will better allow a large nation like ours to get along by doing so

The left - including you - want to lie and scare people and act like a nationwide ban on abortions is coming. Or lie and pretend allowing us to limit reasonably at 15 weeks is an extreme position - when that is what most support

They are determined to upend, upset and uproot workable government without offering any problem-solving ideas of their own. They have no alternative plan for health care. They have no solutions to address inflation. So what do they do after carving up the federal government?

The answer is likely to cut taxes for the rich, but they cannot say so.

I don't know what debates you are watching, but in all these debates, at least the one's where Democrats are dumb enough to show up for, it's making the Democrats look dumb and disconnected with reality.

Of course, you get your information from the Washington Post which has little credibility and more likely from MSNBC because you really are that dumb. :palm:

More bullshit. Democrats want it to be about emotion and abortion. Republicans are dealing with the REAL issues hurting American families thanks to the idiotic policies of the current administration.

Midterms are about a Presidents job approval; and this one is going to be a massive red tsunami.

You cannot declare there is no problem with illegals coming through the southern border, when they are. You cannot claim that inflation isn't that bad, when it is. You cannot whine about gas prices when your policies are the reason they are so high.

As debates are finally coming into the picture this election cycle we are seeing a clear shift to the right.

That really should tell our donkey fans that their message is not resonating with the citizens and they will need to figure out how to get around the measures put into place to avoid another 2020 fiasco.
