I have been doxxed.

Rather than let others control the narrative, I am addressing this directly.

My name is Jennica Pounds. I recently resigned from my job to pursue DOGE-adjacent efforts full-time.

While my background check is still in progress, my ultimate goal is to work with the Administration to cut waste and improve efficiency.

What began as a side hobby became a mission when I uncovered the role of NGOs in these issues.

This is not about left or right. This is about us—the people.

I gave up everything for this—my safety, my career—because I believe in what I am doing.

I am 100% Deaf and nonverbal. My lack of signing fluency does not make me any less Deaf. It is a result of a language impairment related to my autism called expressive dysphasia, which affects my ability to construct language fluently in real-time.

This impacts my signing, speaking, and even writing, though writing allows me more time to correct mistakes.

My interpreter and I spend hours refining my talking points to ensure she conveys what I mean, not just what I say.

I am Deaf. And being Deaf is not, and should never be, defined by one’s signing ability, particularly when there are medical conditions involved.

I do not believe the Deaf community should be politically aligned with any party.

A priority of mine has always been on holding the Administration accountable to Deaf Americans, including advocating for policy changes such as allowing a second interpreter camera stream on television broadcasts.

I will continue using my platform to push for these necessary changes.

Deaf database expert and engineer talking with Elon Musk’s DOGE team​





There is a Deaf woman who is a database expert and engineer who is very active on X (Twitter) in working to uncover where billions of dollars in government funding is going towards. Her username is @DataRepublican.

She just did an interview with “NewsNation” and revealed that she is talking with members of Elon Musk’s DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency) team and has a good relationship with them.

Her X account was recently highlighted by Elon Musk, who said she is “worth following.”

She is currently being followed on X by Vice President JD Vance, Jared Kushner (Ivanka Trump’s husband), Mark Cuban, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, and many others.

She did not disclose her name to NewsNation and appears to be someone who is trying to be as private as possible, wearing sunglasses for most of her interview.

I watched the NewsNation interview with the help of Google’s automated captions.

DataRepublican said she is using her computer skills and AI to go through myriad government funding and find connections between people in government and nonprofit organizations. She said she’s seeing instances where lawmakers are approving funding for nonprofits that they also sit on and that sometimes their spouses or family members benefit from this network. She said she’s mapping these relationships and putting it on her website at datarepublican.com.

One of DataRepublican’s observations is that many nonprofits were formed during the Cold War era to combat the spread of communism – but after the fall of the Soviet Union, these nonprofits sought to remain powerful and called themselves the “guardians of democracy” and are now viewing Donald Trump’s presidency as a threat to democracy and needs that view to maintain their power and survival.

She believes that government waste and fraud totals more than $100 billion. She said she’s found a lot of corruption in both Democratic and Republican members and emphasized that she’s not someone who is “blindly following” the Republican party. She said people need to vote in the primaries to kick out dirty politicians.
