Where did I defend??
What level of "resistance" warranted the choke hold, slam down and multiple punches to the face?
The speaking or the turning to look at the swine?

Did they need to beat him to the extent they did? No question the kid should have reacted better to their orders but he wasn't really a threat either. Why such a mauling?
The swine cop had to vent on somebody...Why not a kid in a routine traffic stop?
USFREEDUMB will always defend any cops actions no matter how brutal or violent.
That is a given.

Did I say anything about the actions taken or did I just point out what's obvious on the video?![]()
Okay Joe Friday... then tell us that you agree that the cop over-reacted and was too violent, given the situation...
I still haven't said a word about defense; but you seem inclined to continue too try and make it so.
:nonono
I know your track record ... now tell us you agree the cop was, over the top too violent, given the situation, or STFU.
Have you pointed out the drivers behavior??
Since the video is blocked at one point, I have no idea what may have occurred or resulted in the action.
As opposed to all those who see the same thing and come to their desired conclusions.
Sure, he was reluctant to exit his car and face an overbearing swine, and he had the audacity to try to reason with him.
He should have been shot, huh?
Now tell us you agree the cop was, over the top too violent, given the situation, or STFU.

I don't love cops, I don't hate cops. I'm just watching the video. People obviously can view the video differently. I see a kid who should have followed orders better and I see a cop who used far more violence than was needed.
See, USFREEDUMB would rather STFU than say one word of condemnation about a violent swine cop.
Whenever I ask him about some obvious instance of overt racism he plays the same cutsie avoidance rather than tip his hand.

From the video, it's apparent that he was refusing to exit the vehicle (when first told), jerked away from the Officer, and continue to resist.
And then there will be the civil case.Sorry but no...
The violent swine will face a long drawn out court case and will likely lose his job for brutality on duty, or go bankrupt trying to defend himself in court...
He lost his case when he threw his first punch on camera.
What exactly did the cop tell him to do 3 seconds after he got out of the car?Like a lot of situations it takes two to tango. Kid should have just listened to the cop and the cop got way over aggressive.

The girl was smiling and laughing at the beat down.
