Stop lying....no video "evidence" showed what went down before the shooting. People tried to take his gun away, he ran and shot at them. His verdict was essentially a nullification of evidence.

Penny case is in dealing with 2nd or 3rd degree manslaughter ... Penny did NOT pull a Bernie Goetz. I personally want to see ALL the trial evidence before condemning him.

So, let's see what the trial brings out...a man who was NOT physically attacking the perpetrator of the fatal hold, but was attacking irrationally and potentially threatening in general.

Ahh, but that is the question my pointy hooded palooka! Was Neely at the point of threatening to do harm unless someone threw him some bucks? And if so, are we looking a 3rd degree manslaughter with extenuating circumstances (l.e., no jail time)? That's why you have trials in a court of law. We can argue about the outcome after it happens. In the meantime, you can get your extra sheet out of the laundry.
