Some other idiot predicted this as well, I think maybe Geraldo? I heard it yesterday. I disagree, I think the attempts to tie this to Palin, or something she posted on her Facebook page, is going to backfire on Liberals. I think people are becoming more and more disgusted with the literal hysteria from the left these days, the sheer insanity and unhinged attitude they have adopted recently. I think it doesn't play well for your political future.

Palin is not a candidate, and probably not even a contender, for the Presidency, that was already a fact, before this happened in AZ. Nothing has changed that, so it's pretty safe to say she isn't a contender still... Doesn't take a mental giant to figure that one out. I have said all along, I don't believe she will run, I still don't think she will. The Left has her already running... hell, we're in full election season mode there! You'd think the Republican National Convention was in a few months... She has to announce she is a candidate before she is a candidate... sort of a 'formality' we need to follow there.

I think Palin is better suited to be someone's Energy Secretary, and important cabinet-level position, within the field she is most knowledgeable, and as such, most beneficial to America. I could see that in a Huckabee Administration... or Jindal...

It just gets me that pinheads think this thing in AZ spells the end of Sarah Palin... I mean... as if we are to believe this crazy person acted because of something Palin said? Even though, he didn't listen to Palin, he didn't particularly like Palin, he didn't like much of any government, or anything else! He read Mein Kampf! He listened to National Socialists! I'm not saying that we should take what he actually was influenced by, as the reason or rationale for what he did... but if that is the logical leap we are going to make here, why is Sarah Palin being blamed, and not Adolph Hitler?

This is the first it has been noticed that her career is done, but its just a straw added to the already broken camel's back.

I personally noticed it when she stared in her own reality television show with her children.

Others noticed it when she quit the Alaska Governorship.

She is to be forever relegated to Dan Quayle land!

Why do they need to be used anyway, remember the daisy in the gun barrel? It is the way politicians should be talking, not guns, and knives and targets and reload and all the violent bullshit. The USA has a lot of violence in our TV. movies, songs, programs, video games. It isn't just one thing, it is so many things. We have the largest military budget in the world, we promote war. How many other countries has this type of thing happen on a regular basis like the US. We can't excuse anyone, anymore. We have to start taking a look at ourselves and how we promote life, everything on the news is so negative, it has to affect us, I mean seriously.

I am surprised a Buddhist thinks like this, Damo, aren't metaphors and imagery important in Buddhism? People take things, like the Bible, that are suppose to be metaphors and imagery and make it real! So, please think about this, some people just don't understand symbolism, they are the scary ones.

I blame our culture.

Why weren't his parents helping this guy? It is the question that keeps running through my head over and over. If my child was this sick, I hope I would recognize it and help!!!!!!!! I could tell from 3,000 miles that my son and his girlfriend were having problems, what is wrong with some parents?

He had also been reported to the Sheriff's department 16 times for making threats to kill people, including bloggers, radio personalities, people at the college, as well as this very Congressperson.

There weren't just "signs" the guy was dangerous. He made sure people knew.
